Activate Opens New Interactive Gaming Facility in Roseville, Minnesota

Activate, the world’s first active gaming facility and a viral sensation on TikTok, has officially opened its doors in Roseville, Minnesota. This new location follows successful launches in prominent cities like Chicago, New Jersey, Atlanta, Dallas, and Kansas City. Located at 1955 County Road B2 W, Unit 10, Roseville, MN 55113, the facility promises an unparalleled entertainment experience that captivates gamers' imaginations.

Activate is redefining the gaming landscape with 12 sites across the United States and 14 in Canada. With a global community exceeding 2.6 million players and a substantial social media following, Activate combines cutting-edge technology with adrenaline-fueled challenges to deliver an immersive adventure. Spanning over 9,750 square feet, Activate Roseville’s state-of-the-art gaming facility welcomes players of all skill levels to explore and create unique experiences. The facility uses high-tech electronic RFID wristbands to track player progress, allowing participants to accumulate points, level up, and earn prizes. Each game lasts between one to three minutes, and with ten different game rooms to conquer, the full gaming experience lasts approximately 75 minutes. Highlighted gaming rooms include the TikTok-famous Mega Grid with over 500 multi-activated rainbow-colored tiles, the Strike game where players aim at a beaming bullseye, and the Laser room that offers a spy-like experience.

Visitors are encouraged to wear activewear and indoor runners for optimal participation. The facility operates from 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. Groups of two to five players can sign up to enjoy the interactive fun. Additional Activate locations are slated to open in 2024 in New York (Roosevelt Field) and Detroit, MI, along with international expansions to Dubai in Fall 2024 and the UK in 2025.
