At the Annual General Meeting held on 21 May 2026 in Bern, shareholders of Adval Tech Holding AG approved all proposals submitted by the Board of Directors. Among other items, they approved the management report, the annual financial statements, the consolidated financial statements, and the auditors’ reports for the 2025 financial year. In consultative votes, the shareholders also acknowledged and approved the Sustainability Report and the Compensation Report.
This unanimous approval underscores shareholder confidence in Adval Tech's strategic direction and governance. The company, a global industrial supplier of technologically sophisticated components and subassemblies made of metal and plastic, focuses on the automotive and MedTech industries. With operations spanning Switzerland, Germany, Hungary, China, Malaysia, Mexico, and Brazil, the group covers the entire value chain from product development to prototyping, mold and tool development, through to component production and assembly.
The members of the Board of Directors, Dirk Lambrecht, Christoph Hammer, Beat Ritler, and Jorg Buchheim, were re-elected for a further term of office of one year, with Dirk Lambrecht also re-elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Jorg Buchheim was elected Chairman of the Nomination and Compensation Committee, while Beat Ritler and Dirk Lambrecht were confirmed as members of the committee.
The approval of the Compensation Report is particularly notable as it aligns executive pay with shareholder interests, a key concern for investors. The Sustainability Report approval indicates the company's commitment to environmental and social governance, which is increasingly important for long-term value creation.
Looking ahead, Adval Tech has announced the half-year results for 2026 will be released on August 28, 2026. Investors will be keen to see if the company's performance meets expectations, especially given its exposure to the cyclical automotive industry and the growing MedTech sector.
