The All Things Are Possible Foundation (ATAP) has announced the recipients of its 2025 Community Service Awards, honoring nine Burlington County residents and business leaders for their exceptional contributions to youth development, family support, and community empowerment. Now in its fifth year, the annual celebration recognizes individuals whose dedication to service reflects the foundation's mission of creating positive change.
This year's honorees span various sectors including healthcare, law enforcement, education, and community organizing. Crystal Charley of Melanin and Maternal Wellness receives the Building for the Future award, while LaChia L. Bradshaw from the Burlington County Prosecutor's office earns the Courageous Leadership Award. Other recipients include Wilfrans Joseph of Christ Baptist Church for Faith & Trust, Joyce C. Payne of Willingboro/Burlington, New Jersey Orators for Hope & Inspiration, and Chief Ian Bucs of Willingboro Township Police Department for Humility & Strength.
The remaining honorees include Algernon Hall, M.B.A., of Jubilee Children's Entertainment, LLC/Algernon Hall Inspires for Peace & Unity; Dr. Chekesha Ellis of KayosToClarity, LLC for Perseverance; Christina M. Teel, M.Ed., of South Jersey Gas for Understanding & Cooperation; and Naasia King as the ATAP Scholar. The ATAP Awards Committee selected these individuals based on their demonstrated commitment to advancing ATAP's mission of empowering the next generation.
Dr. Carlos Worthy, ATAP Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer, emphasized the broader significance of the awards. The foundation, which has operated for nearly 18 years as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, focuses on developmental programs that help students achieve greatness through academics, athletics, arts, and awareness. ATAP Co-founder and CEO Dr. Tiffani Worthy, a West Point graduate and decorated combat veteran who earned a doctorate in education, developed the organization's curriculum in response to limited choices for academic enrichment and after-school programs in the area.
