Amadeus Fire Group Extends COO Dennis Gerlitzki's Contract by Five Years

The Supervisory Board of the Amadeus Fire Group (ISIN: DE0005093108, Prime Standard) has early reappointed Mr. Dennis Gerlitzki, COO Personnel Services, to the Management Board for a further five years, the company announced on May 26, 2026. The new contract runs from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2031.

“We are pleased to continue the shared and successful development of the Amadeus Fire Group together with Dennis Gerlitzki. In view of the current challenges facing the German economy, Dennis Gerlitzki’s extensive experience and proven expertise in personnel services are of particular importance to the Group,” said Michael Grimm, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Amadeus Fire AG.

Dennis Gerlitzki began his career at the Amadeus Fire Group in November 2003 and has been a member of the Management Board since 2019. His reappointment signals the company's confidence in its leadership to navigate a difficult economic environment in Germany.

The Amadeus Fire Group, headquartered in Frankfurt am Main, is one of Germany’s leading providers of personnel services and professional training. The company focuses on placing specialized professionals and executives, as well as on training and further education in the commercial and IT sectors. Its Personnel Services segment includes temporary employment, recruitment, interim and project management, while the Training segment offers publicly funded, practice-oriented courses for individuals and companies.

The early extension of Gerlitzki's contract underscores the board's strategic emphasis on stability and expertise in personnel services, a sector facing headwinds from Germany's economic slowdown. As companies tighten budgets and reduce hiring, personnel service providers like Amadeus Fire must adapt to shifting demand. Gerlitzki's long tenure and deep industry knowledge are expected to guide the group through these challenges.
