American Fusion Expands North Texas Operations, Nears University Testing for Fusion Engine

American Fusion Inc. (OTC: AMFN), a developer of next-generation fusion energy technologies, has announced a series of operational and technology milestones as it advances development of its Texatron Fusion Engine platform. The updates, announced July 1, highlight a headquarters relocation to the Fort Worth area, progress toward a university testing agreement, and continued expansion of its intellectual property portfolio (https://ibn.fm/5m9td).

The company said it is relocating its operations from Midland, Texas, to the Fort Worth metropolitan area, where engineering, fabrication, laboratory and administrative functions will ultimately operate from a single integrated facility. According to management, the move will occur in two phases and is intended to consolidate operations under one roof to improve efficiency as the company scales. The new facility will support expanded engineering, laboratory, and fabrication operations critical to the development of the Texatron platform.

American Fusion is also progressing toward a testing agreement with Texas Tech University for both its 5MW and 500kW Texatron Fusion Engine platforms. Management expects university testing infrastructure to accelerate portions of its development program, with initial testing activities targeted as early as July. This partnership could provide the company with access to specialized equipment and expertise, potentially speeding up the validation of its fusion technology.

In addition to operational expansion, American Fusion has filed seven additional U.S. patent applications to expand intellectual property surrounding the Texatron Fusion Engine architecture. This brings the company's total patent portfolio to a more robust position, which management believes will strengthen its competitive advantage in the fusion energy sector. The patents cover various aspects of the engine's design and operation, according to the release.

The announcements reflect several parallel initiatives intended to support the company’s long-term commercialization strategy. For investors, these developments signal tangible progress in American Fusion's technology roadmap and operational scaling. The relocation to Fort Worth, a major metropolitan area with a growing technology and energy sector, could also facilitate talent acquisition and partnerships. The potential testing agreement with Texas Tech, a major research university, adds credibility to the development timeline.

American Fusion is a developer of next-generation fusion energy technologies, aiming to provide clean, abundant energy through its Texatron Fusion Engine platform. The company's stock trades on the OTC Markets under the symbol AMFN. More information is available in the company’s newsroom at https://ibn.fm/AMFN.
