American Fusion Hits 100 Pending Patents as It Advances Texatron Fusion Technology

American Fusion Inc. (OTC: AMFN), the developer of the proprietary Texatron Fusion Engine, announced that it has reached 100 pending patent applications after filing 17 additional U.S. applications covering key aspects of its fusion technology platform. The new filings expand the company’s intellectual property strategy around the Texatron platform, including aluminum fusion-confinement structures, clam-shell and unitary housings, hollow toroidal interior chambers, rifled interior geometries, electromagnetic field structures, fuel-injection systems, coil configurations and related system architectures.

The company stated that its strategy is designed to protect multiple embodiments, configurations, manufacturing approaches, operating architectures and potential future generations of the platform as it works toward commercialization. This milestone underscores the company's commitment to building a robust IP portfolio in the competitive field of fusion energy, which has attracted significant investment and interest as a potential clean energy source.

In addition to the patent filings, American Fusion has filed a motion with the Superior Court of Alaska seeking to vacate a legacy default judgment entered when the company operated as Renewal Fuels Inc. The motion follows Washington state proceedings in which the court determined that a purported legacy acquisition involving Pacific Compliance Corporation was never consummated, Renewal received no assets or consideration, and shares issued in connection with the transaction were void ab initio. The Alaska motion remains subject to court consideration and determination.

This legal action is part of the company's efforts to clean up its corporate history and resolve legacy issues that could affect its current operations and investor confidence. By addressing these matters, American Fusion aims to present a more transparent and stable corporate profile as it advances its fusion technology.

American Fusion also announced its intention to conduct a third-quarter shareholder survey regarding certain key company objectives. This survey will allow shareholders to provide input on strategic priorities, reinforcing the company's focus on transparent corporate governance and stakeholder engagement.

The company is an advanced energy platform company focused on the development and commercialization of next-generation fusion energy technologies. It is advancing the Texatron Fusion Engine, a neutronic fusion platform designed for modular, infrastructure-grade deployment across industrial, commercial, and grid-constrained applications. Its development strategy emphasizes system-level engineering, disciplined intellectual property protection, and scalable architectures intended to support long-term commercial operation, while maintaining a focus on capital discipline and transparent corporate governance.
