Beeline Holdings Reports Q1 Revenue Surge, Targets $100 Million Run Rate by End of 2027

Beeline Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: BLNE) reported first-quarter 2026 revenue of $2.7 million, more than double the prior-year period, as the digital mortgage platform scaled loan originations and expanded into fee-based housing finance products. The company attributed the growth to a 115% increase in loan originations, reaching $85.6 million across 288 loans, compared with $39.8 million across 128 loans a year earlier.

Management reiterated its target of achieving a $100 million annual revenue run rate by the end of 2027, emphasizing cost controls and operating leverage. The company is shifting its marketing focus toward higher-margin products, including Non-QM mortgages such as DSCR and bank statement loans, alongside its new BeelineEquity platform. BeelineEquity generates fee revenue without requiring balance sheet exposure, aligning with the company's capital-light strategy.

Beeline is also investing in artificial intelligence to improve efficiency. Its AI tools, including the “Bob” chatbot and automation platform, are designed to boost prospective borrower conversion rates and reduce processing times. The company's diversified platform includes conventional mortgages, Non-QM loans, title services, and the equity product.

The results underscore Beeline's efforts to capture market share in the digital mortgage space, where technology-driven lenders are competing with traditional banks. The company's focus on fee-based revenue and AI automation could help it scale profitably while maintaining cost discipline. However, the mortgage market remains sensitive to interest rate fluctuations and housing demand.
