Beijing's Chaoyang District has launched two major cultural events that are set to transform the city's nighttime landscape and bolster its economy. The 2026 Beijing Chaoyang International Light Consumption Season and the 2026 Liangma River International Arts Festival officially opened on September 24, with the Light Consumption Season running until October 11 and the Arts Festival continuing until November 20.
