Mullen Automotive's subsidiary Bollinger Motors has delivered its first 2025 Bollinger B4 electric truck to EnviroCharge, marking a significant step in expanding mobile electric vehicle charging infrastructure. The truck, which will be converted into a mobile Level 3 charging unit, is set to make its initial public appearance at the ACT Expo 2025 in Anaheim before deployment in California.
The Class 4 B4 platform was specifically chosen by EnviroCharge for its performance capabilities and reliability. This strategic move addresses the increasing demand for on-the-go EV charging solutions, particularly in regions experiencing rapid electric vehicle adoption.
The collaboration offers potential financial benefits, with Bollinger Motors' trucks qualifying for up to $120,000 in federal and state incentive programs. This makes the mobile charging solution not only technologically innovative but also economically attractive for businesses investing in EV infrastructure.
The delivery represents a broader trend in the electric vehicle ecosystem: solving charging accessibility challenges through creative, mobile-first approaches. By transforming a commercial electric truck into a mobile charging station, EnviroCharge and Bollinger Motors are demonstrating an adaptable solution to support the growing electric vehicle market.
