BOXABL Showcases Modular Housing Deployments Across the U.S., Signaling Growth in Affordable Housing Solutions

BOXABL Inc. (NASDAQ: BXBL), a technology company focused on transforming the housing market with modular building systems, has highlighted a portfolio of completed and in-progress projects that demonstrate the deployment of its factory-built housing system across the United States. The announcement underscores the company's expanding footprint in addressing housing affordability and disaster relief through innovative, scalable construction methods.

Among the showcased projects is a permanent 12-unit park-model RV Casita installation at American Campground in Las Vegas, Nevada. This installation reflects the versatility of BOXABL's Casita units, which are designed to be quickly deployed and provide full amenities. In addition, the company has provided wildfire relief support in Pasadena, California, where modular units have been used to assist those affected by recent fires. This application highlights the potential for modular housing to serve as rapid-response solutions in emergency situations.

Further demonstrating its range, BOXABL is working on a 12-unit stacked Casita project for Catholic Charities in Oklahoma City, as well as the 12-unit Pasadera short-term rental community near Oklahoma State University. These projects illustrate the adaptability of the Casita for both affordable housing and revenue-generating rental markets. The company is also partnering with Horizons Getaways to develop a network of eco-luxury cabin resorts across multiple states, with 10 units already delivered to locations in South Carolina and Texas, and additional sites planned in Tennessee, Florida, California, and Ohio. This collaboration signals BOXABL's entry into the hospitality sector, offering a cost-effective and rapid construction solution for resort developers.

Regulatory progress is a key driver of BOXABL's expansion. The company has secured approvals for the Casita Studio in Arizona, California, New Mexico, Nevada, South Carolina, and Texas, enabling broader market penetration. These approvals are critical for scaling production and delivering units to a wider customer base. BOXABL continues to develop additional housing configurations, including its prototype Baby Box, a smaller 120-square-foot unit, and stackable and connectable models designed for townhomes, multifamily developments, and larger single-family homes. This product roadmap positions the company to address diverse housing needs, from individual backyard studios to multi-unit developments.

The importance of BOXABL's work lies in its potential to mitigate the U.S. housing shortage. By manufacturing units in a factory setting and unfolding them on-site in under an hour, the company aims to reduce construction time and costs significantly. This approach could make homeownership more accessible and accelerate the delivery of affordable housing, particularly in high-demand regions. The projects highlighted, including wildfire relief and charitable housing, also demonstrate the social impact of modular construction in times of crisis.

BOXABL, based in North Las Vegas, has raised over $230 million from more than 50,000 investors since its inception in 2017. The company began trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the ticker symbol “BXBL” on July 20, 2026, following its business combination with FG Merger II Corp. Its flagship product, the Casita, is a 361-square-foot studio unit with a full kitchen, bathroom, and utilities.
