California Tortilla is celebrating three decades of serving California-style Mexican cuisine by launching a Memory Contest that invites loyal customers to reminisce about their experiences with the restaurant. From now until June 1, 2025, fans can submit stories, photos, or videos showcasing their most cherished moments with the brand.
Thirty winners will be selected to receive free burritos for an entire year, marking a significant milestone for the restaurant that has become a staple in the fast-casual dining scene. President and CEO Keith Goldman emphasized the company's desire to reconnect with the community that has supported their growth over the past 30 years.
The contest represents more than just a promotional event; it's a reflection of California Tortilla's commitment to building lasting relationships with its customers. With 27 locations and multiple awards recognizing its innovative approach to Mexican cuisine, the restaurant has established itself as a unique dining destination.
Participants can enter the contest by emailing their memories to flavor@californiatortilla.com or sending a direct message to @CalTort on Instagram. Entrants must be at least 18 years old, with winners to be announced in June.
The Memory Contest also coincides with the restaurant's push to expand its Burrito Elito loyalty program, encouraging customers to engage more deeply with the brand through its mobile app and in-store experiences. This strategy highlights the restaurant's ongoing efforts to adapt and grow in a competitive fast-casual market.
