This transaction, resulting from a letter of intent announced in October 2025, enables CleanGo to address escalating global demand for organic environmental restoration through AgritechBC's proprietary scientific approaches.
The acquisition centers on exclusive intellectual property representing a paradigm shift in environmental science. AgritechBC's technologies, including MycoSet™, BioIngress™, and PhytoCentra™, utilize natural, scientifically proven processes rather than traditional chemical treatments. These organic solutions manage landfill waste and remediate contaminated industrial sites and oil leases without introducing synthetic toxins into ecosystems, offering a fundamentally different approach to environmental cleanup.
This strategic investment positions CleanGo to penetrate the global environmental remediation market, valued at approximately $113.6 billion in 2024 and projected to reach $210.56 billion by 2030 according to market research.
