CollisionRight LLC, a leading regional multi-shop collision repair operator, has announced the acquisition of its 100th shop. This milestone has been achieved within four years of the company's founding, highlighting the rapid implementation of its market-entry strategy. The company aims to increase its footprint threefold over the next five years.
The 100th location was secured through the acquisition of Tripp’s Collision in Michigan, a three-shop chain. Tripp’s will continue to operate under its established local brand while benefiting from CollisionRight's unified management, technology, and support systems. This approach has been consistent with CollisionRight's 41 previous acquisitions, all of which are corporate-owned and run under a common operating system.
Rich Harrison, CEO of CollisionRight, praised the milestone as a testament to the hard work and dedication of the company's team. “Acquiring our 100th store in just a few years underscores the value of embracing established and trusted local collision repair brands,” said Harrison. He emphasized that the company's mission is to provide exceptional customer service and to be the best possible workplace, driving their ambitions for rapid growth in the coming years.
CollisionRight plans to expand both within the 10 states it currently serves and into new markets. The strategy includes strategic acquisitions of local market leaders like Tripp’s, as well as organic growth through insurance-carrier relationships, supply chain optimization, and calibration services. The company expects these efforts to triple its revenue over the next five years.
Currently headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, CollisionRight operates 100 locations across 10 states, including Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, West Virginia, and Wisconsin. The company employs more than 1,500 professionals and services over 90,000 vehicles annually, prioritizing customer satisfaction and convenience.
