Critical Infrastructure Technologies Ltd. has executed a Non-Disclosure Agreement with H. Cegielski - Poznań S.A., a subsidiary of Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa S.A., one of Poland's leading defense and industrial groups. This agreement establishes a framework for the exchange and protection of confidential information related to the manufacture of CiTech's Nexus Tower system.
The collaboration represents a significant step in CiTech's European industrial expansion strategy, supporting plans to establish localized manufacturing and engineering partnerships across the continent. HCP brings extensive expertise in heavy manufacturing, precision engineering, and defense-sector production, making it an ideal partner for the Nexus Tower program. The Nexus Tower Project involves the design and production of a 20-meter autonomous, relocatable tower system capable of rapid deployment to support communications, surveillance, and integrated mission systems. Under the agreement, both parties will securely share technical documentation, design data, and other proprietary materials associated with the production and assembly of the Nexus system. This collaboration is particularly significant given HCP's strategic position within the Polish defense sector and its historic manufacturing expertise dating back to 1846.
