Dr. Gina Goldfeder Launches LiberaSueña Method in the U.S., Blending Dream Analysis with Clinical Psychology for Personal Transformation

Renowned clinical psychotherapist Dr. Gina Goldfeder has announced the U.S. launch of her LiberaSueña Method, a structured approach to personal transformation that integrates dream analysis with clinical psychology. The method is detailed in her latest book, En un sueño cabe tu vida: El método LiberaSueña para la transformación personal, published by Bienestur / Hachette Livre.

Dr. Goldfeder, who holds a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology from Universidad Anáhuac, a Master's and Doctorate in Individual and Couples Therapy from the Instituto Mexicano de la Pareja, and a Master's in Creative Writing from the University of Salamanca, brings over three decades of clinical experience to this work. The LiberaSueña Method is a six-step methodology that combines dream symbol analysis, active imagination, intuition, and therapeutic writing to help individuals decode emotional wounds and transform them into wisdom.

“Your dreams already know the way; this book teaches you how to walk it,” Dr. Goldfeder stated. “In an era dominated by rush and instant answers, stepping into dream territory means unlocking the soul’s most intimate language.”

The method draws on Jungian psychology and modern self-observation tools, offering a roadmap for those seeking to step off “autopilot” and use their dreams as a compass for inner healing. Dr. Goldfeder has collaborated with global leaders in health and consciousness, including Joe Dispenza, Bruce Lipton, Brené Brown, Brian Weiss, and Marco Antonio Regil.

Dr. Goldfeder’s U.S. media tour, conducted in Spanish, will focus on resilience, mental health, stress management, and building healthy relationships. She is also scheduled to participate in the Miami Book Fair from November 15 to 22.

The LiberaSueña Method arrives at a time when mental health and self-care are increasingly prioritized. By offering a clinical and spiritual roadmap, Dr. Goldfeder provides a tool for individuals to explore their subconscious and address emotional wounds in a structured way. The method’s emphasis on dream work may appeal to those seeking alternative or complementary approaches to traditional therapy.
