LEVERKUSEN, GERMANY – Elmos Semiconductor SE (FSE: ELG) held its Extraordinary General Meeting virtually today, with more than 82% of the voting share capital represented. All agenda items were approved by a large majority, including the election of new members to the Supervisory Board, completing the generational transition initiated in February 2026.

Shareholders elected Dr. Hans Diekmann and Dr. Christian Klaiber to the Supervisory Board, effective January 1, 2027, for the remainder of the terms of Prof. Dr. Gunter Zimmer and Dr. Klaus Weyer, who are stepping down at the end of the year. This move finalizes the board's generational shift, ensuring a smooth leadership transition.

In addition, the meeting confirmed the early election of Tobias Weyer, Guido Meyer, Dr. Hans Diekmann, and Dr. Christian Klaiber as shareholder representatives for the new term beginning in May 2027. Philipp Halbach was elected as an alternate member. This proactive step provides Elmos with continuity and planning certainty for the Supervisory Board's future work.

Dr. Hans Diekmann, a partner at international law firm A&O Shearman in Dusseldorf, brings extensive expertise in corporate and capital markets law as well as corporate governance. Dr. Christian Klaiber, managing director of a single-family office and institute manager at the Friedrichshafen Institute for Family Businesses at Zeppelin University, also serves as a lecturer at the Technical University of Munich. His background includes years of leadership in the automotive industry and deep knowledge in finance and sustainable corporate development.

The Extraordinary General Meeting also approved the 2026 remuneration system for the Management Board, which was revised to align with the company's strategic objectives and incorporate feedback from investors and proxy advisors regarding market practices and corporate governance.
