Energy Fuels Inc., a prominent U.S. producer of uranium and rare earth elements, has announced a key leadership change with Bruce D. Hansen stepping in as the new Chair of the Board. This transition follows the annual and special meeting of shareholders, where all eleven director nominees were elected with substantial support. Hansen, who has been a director since 2007 and brings over four decades of mining experience, succeeds J. Birks Bovaird, the chair since 2006. Bovaird will remain on the board, continuing to contribute his expertise.
