The permit allows the company to begin final site preparations and contractor mobilization while continuing development of its fully permitted tailings reprocessing operation, which remains its primary near-term focus.
Initial drilling will target the historic crown pillar and priority exploration areas identified through historical data, Ambient Noise Tomography and the company’s three-dimensional geological model.
