Fairchild Gold Satellite Survey Flags Five High-Priority Gold-Silver Targets at Golden Arrow

Fairchild Gold Corp. has reported results from a hyperspectral satellite survey conducted by TerraEye at its Golden Arrow gold-silver project, located 65 kilometers east of Tonopah, Nevada, according to an announcement disseminated on behalf of Fairchild Gold Corp. The survey identified 31 spectral alteration occurrences and nine integrated gold-silver exploration targets, with five target areas designated as high priority by the company.

The significance for investors lies in scale. Fairchild believes several of the targets may be part of a larger, structurally controlled hydrothermal system spanning more than 20 square kilometers. If confirmed, that interpretation would suggest the mineralization at Golden Arrow is not confined to the already-defined resource but may extend across a considerably broader footprint, an outcome that could reshape how the project is valued.

The company plans field mapping, sampling and ground-based spectral analysis to investigate potential connections between mineralized zones and to identify targets for future drilling. Those follow-up programs will determine whether the satellite-identified anomalies translate into drill-ready prospects.

Golden Arrow already hosts National Instrument 43-101-compliant Measured and Indicated resources of 296,000 ounces of gold and 4.362 million ounces of silver, along with Inferred resources of 60,000 ounces of gold and 2.322 million ounces of silver. Fairchild intends to advance the existing resource toward a preliminary economic assessment while evaluating opportunities for resource expansion and additional mineralization. The dual track matters: the PEA would establish an economic baseline for the known resource, while the exploration work targets growth beyond it.

Fairchild Gold (TSX-V: FAIR; OTCQB: FCHDF; Frankfurt: Y4Y) describes itself as a Nevada-focused mineral exploration and development company with three complementary gold-silver-copper assets: Nevada Titan, Golden Arrow and Carlin Queen. Nevada Titan is its flagship high-impact porphyry copper-gold exploration project in the historic Goodsprings Mining District of southern Nevada. Golden Arrow provides an established open-pit gold-silver resource within the Walker Lane mineral belt, while Carlin Queen offers additional gold-silver exploration exposure adjacent to the Hollister Au-Ag mine of Helcal Mining Company.

For readers following the junior mining sector, the announcement is a reminder that early-stage exploration techniques are increasingly being applied to projects that already hold defined resources, potentially extending the life and scale of known deposits.
