Rising Stars candidates undergo the same nomination and research process, but eligibility is limited to attorneys who are 40 years old or younger or who have practiced law for 10 years or less. The Rising Stars list represents the top 2.5% of attorneys in the state, an even narrower group than the Super Lawyers list.
