Four Seasons is set to transform Coconut Grove's residential landscape with a distinctive 20-story building featuring just 70 exclusive residences. Developed by CMC Group and Fort Partners, the project aims to capture the essence of Miami's oldest neighborhood through architectural design and lifestyle integration.
Architect Luis Revuelta drew inspiration directly from the Grove's natural environment, incorporating curved forms that reflect the area's lush landscape of banyan and mahogany trees. The design seeks to create a sense of calm that harmonizes with the neighborhood's distinctive character.
Italian designer Michele Bönan will lead the interior design, emphasizing a wellness-focused approach that includes a 10,000-square-foot spa inspired by ancient Roman baths. Amenities like a sauna, cold plunge pool, and ice fountain underscore the project's commitment to holistic living experiences.
The residence is strategically positioned near water, distinctive restaurants, independent boutiques, and top-tier schools, positioning itself as an authentic extension of Coconut Grove's unique lifestyle. By blending luxury with local cultural heritage, the project represents a nuanced approach to urban residential development that goes beyond traditional real estate offerings.
This venture reflects Four Seasons' ongoing expansion in branded residential properties, which now comprises 53 private residences worldwide. The project signals a continued trend of luxury hospitality brands creating immersive living environments that extend beyond traditional hotel experiences.
