Frontieras North America Reopens Regulation A+ Offering at $9.01 After SEC Requalification

Frontieras North America announced the reopening of its Regulation A+ public offering at $9.01 per share after receiving SEC requalification, following the full subscription of its initial offering at the $25.7 million qualified ceiling. The company has filed to increase the offering to the $75 million statutory maximum, reflecting progress that includes the April groundbreaking of its planned $850 million commercial facility in Mason County, West Virginia.

The expanded offering is available through the DealMaker platform to both accredited and non-accredited investors. Proceeds will support the commercialization of Frontieras’ patented FASForm Solid Carbon Fractionation technology, designed to convert coal and other solid hydrocarbons into fuels, hydrogen, and other industrial products without combustion.

“We are pleased to reopen the offering at a price that reflects the company’s recent milestones, including the ground-breaking of our commercial facility,” said a company spokesperson. The $850 million facility in Mason County represents a significant step toward deploying the FASForm process at scale, which aims to provide cleaner energy solutions while utilizing existing coal resources.

The technology has potential implications for the energy industry by offering a method to produce clean-burning fuels and hydrogen from coal without traditional combustion, potentially reducing emissions. For investors, the offering provides an opportunity to participate in a company developing innovative energy technology. The company’s focus on “abundant, affordable, and available energy” through market-driven innovation positions it within the broader transition toward lower-carbon energy sources.

Frontieras North America is an energy and environmental technology company commercializing the FASForm process. More information is available at www.frontieras.com. The latest news and updates can be found in the company’s newsroom at https://ibn.fm/Frontieras.
