The company has maintained its 2026 production guidance of 160,000 to 190,000 ounces, with approximately 61% of output expected in the second half of the year as higher-grade Phase 2 mineralization is accessed at the Tocantinzinho mine. Construction at the Oko project remains on schedule, with first gold targeted for the second half of 2027. The completed G2 Goldfields acquisition is expected to support the development of an expanded Oko gold project, positioning G Mining for future growth. The company's strong balance sheet and strategic acquisitions underscore its commitment to becoming a mid-tier precious metals producer.

G Mining Ventures Corp. is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of precious metal projects, primarily in mining-friendly jurisdictions such as Brazil and Guyana. The company's flagship Tocantinzinho Gold Mine and the Gurupi Project are located in Brazil, while the Oko West Project is in Guyana.
