Giant Mining Corp. has reported substantial progress in its 2025 diamond core drilling program at the Majuba Hill Copper-Silver-Gold Project in Pershing County, Nevada. The company successfully completed drill hole MHB-34 to a depth of 1,963 feet, marking a significant milestone in its exploration efforts.
The current drilling campaign focuses on expanding known copper mineralization and advancing the project toward a new Mineral Resource Estimate. Drill hole MHB-33, completed to 936 feet, has been fully sampled and submitted to ALS Global Services for comprehensive analysis.
The Majuba Hill project offers strategic advantages, including its location in a mining-friendly jurisdiction with robust infrastructure. Positioned 156 miles from Reno, the project benefits from well-maintained access roads, nearby power supply, and transportation routes that could significantly reduce development costs.
CEO David Greenway emphasized the project's potential, describing the drill core as exceptional and positioning Majuba Hill as a potentially critical resource for America's clean energy future. The project's mineralization shows promising indications of a large copper-silver-gold deposit with expansion potential in multiple directions.
The drilling program builds upon previous high-grade copper mineralization discoveries and aims to extend copper zones beneath historic underground workings. With 83,930 feet of drilling completed to date and a comprehensive quality assurance program in place, Giant Mining is methodically advancing its exploration strategy.
The ongoing work at Majuba Hill represents a significant step toward addressing the growing global demand for critical metals, particularly those essential for electric vehicles, renewable energy infrastructure, and modern clean energy systems.
