Giselle Gutierrez, Esq., founding attorney of Exhibit G Law Firm, has been selected to the Florida Super Lawyers list for 2026, her second consecutive year of inclusion. The recognition places her among approximately the top five percent of attorneys in Florida, according to the publication, which applies a patented selection process combining peer nomination, independent research, and peer evaluation by practice area.
Gutierrez is recognized in Employment and Labor on both the employer and employee side, Business Litigation, and Employment Litigation for plaintiffs and defense. Her selection follows five years on the Florida Rising Stars list from 2018 through 2022, a category limited to attorneys who are early in practice or below a specified age. Advancement to the primary list reflects sustained professional standing rather than an early trajectory.
The dual recognition is notable because it spans both sides of workplace disputes. On the employer side, Gutierrez advises businesses on wage and hour practices, disability accommodation, family leave, workplace privacy, and litigation risk, and prepares employment agreements and separation agreements. On the employee side, she pursues claims involving discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, unpaid overtime, and whistleblower protections. Contested matters proceed through employment litigation in state and federal court or before the EEOC and the National Labor Relations Board.
"The recognition spans both employer-side and employee-side employment matters, which reflects the manner in which this practice has been structured from its inception," Gutierrez said in a statement. "I am honored that colleagues in the Florida bar have recognized that work for a second consecutive year."
The firm has expanded its footprint over the past year, adding capacity in South Florida and extending service into northern New Jersey. Gutierrez also conducts seminars and training sessions for business audiences on labor and employment compliance, work directed at employers in advance of a dispute rather than in response to one.
Additional recent recognitions include selection to The Best Lawyers in America, the Daily Business Review's On The Rise honor in the 2025 Florida Legal Awards, Lawyers of Distinction in 2025, and the University of Florida Levin College of Law Outstanding Young Alumnus Award.
The recognition matters for employers and workers navigating an increasingly complex regulatory environment. For businesses, Gutierrez's employer-side work on compliance and agreements signals a focus on preventing disputes before they arise. For employees, her practice areas cover common workplace grievances, from pregnancy discrimination to overtime disputes. As an employment law firm serving clients in South Florida and northern New Jersey, with offices in Miami and Hoboken, Exhibit G's expanded reach means more businesses and individuals in those regions have access to a practice that operates on both sides of the courtroom. The firm's practice areas include employment litigation, pregnancy discrimination, overtime disputes, and agreement drafting and review. Gutierrez earned her J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2012 and has practiced labor and employment law for more than a decade.
