H2P Services has announced its acquisition of E.W. Bowman assets, a strategic move designed to enhance its service offerings in the glass container manufacturing industry. The purchase, completed through an agreement with Henry F. Teichmann, Inc. (HFT), signals significant growth potential for the repair and maintenance specialist.
The acquisition enables H2P Services to broaden its existing capabilities, now offering a comprehensive suite of services including turnkey installations, start-up support, training, annealing consultation, equipment overhauls, servicing, upgrades, and replacement parts. By integrating E.W. Bowman's technical legacy, H2P Services demonstrates a commitment to meeting evolving industry needs.
Mike Holmes, Co-Owner of H2P Services, emphasized the strategic importance of the acquisition, noting it honors the E.W. Bowman brand while expanding service capabilities. HFT's management supported the transition, acknowledging that the E.W. Bowman assets were outside their core engineering and construction focus.
This strategic expansion positions H2P Services to provide more comprehensive support to glass manufacturers worldwide, potentially offering more efficient and innovative solutions to an industry requiring specialized technical expertise.
