The research identifies that effective R&R programs deliver substantial benefits, including enhancing employee well-being, improving attitudes and behaviors, and increasing individual and organizational performance. However, many organizations face considerable challenges in developing successful strategies.

Key findings reveal that high-performing organizations differentiate themselves through rigorous program evaluation and technological integration. These organizations are over six times more likely to measure R&R impact through employee performance metrics and nearly six times more likely to review program effectiveness regularly.
