Stephanie Angelini, Chief People and Corporate Communications Officer at BioCryst Pharmaceuticals, Inc., was awarded Healthcare HR Leader of the Year. Her contributions include guiding the organization through major milestones, building leadership and talent programs, fostering accountability and innovation, and creating an inclusive, high-performing culture that supports long-term success.
The Healthcare HR Team of the Year award went to Hancock Health. Despite limited resources, the HR team at Hancock Health has driven transformative change by modernizing HR systems, strengthening governance, managing complex workforce challenges, reducing organizational risk, and advancing a people-first culture that supports more than 1,500 associates.
