HR.com Assembles Expert Panel to Drive Future of Employee Career Development

HR.com, the largest network of human resources (HR) executives, has unveiled its Future of Career Development & Mobility Advisory Board 2024. This esteemed panel of industry leaders will work alongside HR.com's HR Research Institute (HRRI) to deliver in-depth insights and actionable strategies aimed at advancing career development initiatives within organizations.

The advisory board's collective expertise will inform upcoming research and a virtual event focused on several critical aspects of career development. These include the level of organizational engagement in employee career development, the challenges and outcomes associated with effective career development, and best practices for implementing successful strategies and tools. Additionally, the board will explore the significant role of career development in success management programs and how to allocate resources to prevent workforce skills gaps.

Another key area of focus will be internal mobility within organizations, examining the factors that hinder such mobility and its importance in career development. The insights gathered will be published in a comprehensive report, along with a condensed two-page infographic for quick reference. The virtual event will feature a full day of informative sessions from various subject matter experts in this field.
