HR.com, the largest network of human resources (HR) executives, has announced the formation of its Future of Learning Technologies Advisory Board for 2025. This panel of industry experts will collaborate with HR.com’s HR Research Institute (HRRI) to delve into the evolving landscape of learning and development (L&D) technologies, offering crucial insights and practical strategies in areas such as employee upskilling, reskilling, career advancement, and soft skills development.

The advisory board's expertise will be instrumental in shaping upcoming research and a virtual event, which aims to uncover trends and best practices in the technologies, tools, and solutions used for employee training and education. The scope of the research includes learning management systems (LMS), learning content management systems (LCMS), and learning experience platforms (LXPs), as well as the broader spectrum of L&D technologies and paradigms expected to evolve in the near future.
