HTX Advocates for Innovation at Istanbul Blockchain Week 2024

HTX, one of the top three cryptocurrency exchanges globally, showcased its commitment to innovation and user experience at the Istanbul Blockchain Week (IBW) 2024, held on August 13-14. Serdar Serdengecti, HTX's Listing Director, participated in a roundtable discussion on 'Ushering in the New Wave of Trading.' Serdengecti, known for his strategic partnerships and expanding HTX's listing portfolio with high-potential blockchain projects, emphasized the significant evolution in how people engage with cryptocurrencies. He highlighted HTX's role in shaping this new wave through initiatives focused on user experience, innovation, security, and support for high-quality crypto listings.

Serdengecti identified emerging trends and technological innovations poised to shape the future of cryptocurrency trading. These include mainstream adoption and institutional investment, advanced trading algorithms and AI, cross-chain and interoperability solutions, social trading projects like TON and Solana Blink, central bank digital currencies (CBDCs), and stablecoins, as well as continued regulatory clarity.

HackaTRON Season 7, co-hosted by HTX DAO, TRON DAO, BTTC, and JustLend DAO, also garnered significant attention at the conference. Participants have until October 22 to submit their projects, with opportunities to engage with leading global crypto ventures like HTX Ventures and TRON DAO Ventures. This event allows participants to connect with a diverse group of industry stakeholders, share resources, and explore collaborative opportunities to contribute to the industry's growth.

The conference, held at the Hilton Bomonti Hotel in Istanbul, attracted over 7,500 blockchain enthusiasts, industry leaders, and innovators globally, along with more than 300 international and Turkish speakers. Discussions centered on major Web3 topics, including AI, RWA, DeFi, regulation, and GameFi.

HTX underlined Turkey's growing importance in the crypto space, noting the country's expanding digital asset market and talent pool, as well as its significant economic and geostrategic role as a bridge connecting the Eurasian continent.
