Located at 5300 San Dario Ave, Suite C2, within the Mall del Norte, this new outlet is the first Huddle House in Laredo and the 21st in Texas, offering home-style American classics and all-day breakfast options to the local community.

Peter Ortiz, Chief Development Officer for Ascent Hospitality Management, the parent company of Huddle House, expressed enthusiasm about the expansion, highlighting the brand's commitment to delivering high-quality meals and hospitality. The 3,000 sq. ft. restaurant, operating from 6 am to 9 pm daily, caters to a wide range of dining preferences with options for dine-in, takeout, and online ordering, thereby enhancing the local dining scene and creating employment opportunities.

This expansion is part of a broader strategy to double Huddle House's presence in Texas, including a 20-unit agreement for the Houston-metropolitan area. The brand's appeal to franchisees lies in its flexible build options, comprehensive support, and training programs, alongside its popular all-day breakfast menu, which contributes to diverse revenue streams.
