Impact Networking Appoints John Quinn as CFO to Drive Next Growth Phase

Impact Networking, a leading managed service provider (MSP), announced the appointment of John Quinn as Chief Financial Officer, signaling a strategic investment in leadership to sustain its rapid growth. The company, which offers integrated IT, cybersecurity, AI, and marketing services to mid-market companies, aims to leverage Quinn's expertise in finance transformation and large-scale program management.

Quinn joins Impact after serving as Chief Transformation Officer and CFO Infrastructure for HSBC Americas, where he led a $1.5 billion enterprise transformation program. His efforts improved Return on Tangible Equity from 8.5% to 13.5% and generated $2 billion in sustainable operating efficiencies reinvested into growth and digitization. His background includes finance transformation, technology modernization, AI and automation strategy, cloud enablement, and organizational design.

Impact CEO Mike Lepper emphasized the need for a financial leader who can shape strategy. "We've built something genuinely differentiated at Impact, the kind of company that mid-market leaders have been looking for but couldn't find. One partner, across every critical service, at enterprise scale, with the local relationships that make it work. As we move into our next chapter, we need a financial leader who doesn't just manage the numbers but helps us shape the vision behind them. John brings exactly that, and then some," Lepper said.

Quinn expressed enthusiasm for Impact's unique position. "What drew me to Impact is what makes it rare in this industry. It is built for clients, not for a transaction. The fact that this company is and will remain privately owned, US-focused, and wholly committed to the long-term success of its partners is a genuine competitive advantage that resonates deeply in the markets we serve. I'm excited to help build the financial and operational foundation that allows Impact to scale that model without compromising what makes it work," Quinn said.

Impact's growth is fueled by mid-market companies increasingly outsourcing IT, cybersecurity, AI, and marketing as a strategic imperative. The company's model offers enterprise-scale capability with local care, from a privately owned firm that will never be sold or acquired. Quinn's appointment follows a period of expansion in service lines, geography, and client base. His role includes scaling financial infrastructure, supporting investment in talent and technology, and ensuring durable growth.

Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Lake Forest, Illinois, Impact Networking is a privately owned, US-focused MSP with over 700 employees across 23 locations. Its integrated portfolio includes managed IT, cybersecurity, AI solutions, print, and marketing services. The company positions itself as a single accountable partner for mid-market companies navigating growth.
