Innovative Designs, Inc. (OTCQB: IVDN) has achieved seven consecutive quarters of profitability, with fiscal Q2 2026 revenue projected to be the second highest in company history and only the second time quarterly revenue has exceeded $800,000, according to a press release issued today.
The company's flagship product, Insultex House Wrap, continues to gain traction among builders and homeowners. More than 150 retail locations now carry the product, with new outlets added weekly, the company said. Sales accelerated toward the end of the fiscal second quarter ended April 30, after a slower start due to harsh winter weather that delayed building projects early in the year.
Year-to-date sales have surpassed $1.5 million, with two quarters remaining in fiscal 2026. The company expects the balance of the year to set new sales records. Insultex House Wrap meets or exceeds new government building codes for continuous insulation and exterior R-value. For new construction, it provides an R-6 moisture barrier membrane that does not require additional insulation boards, unlike competitor products.
An independent laboratory testing program with BRC Laboratories is proceeding on schedule, with all results positive so far. This certification will qualify Insultex for a wider range of building applications and larger-scale projects. The company has received indications from major homebuilders that once certifications are in hand, there will be interest in substantially larger integration of the product into higher-value projects.
Randy Kimbler, Director of Business Development for Built Link Solutions, noted in the release that the reaction to Insultex House Wrap in the nationwide marketing campaign has been exceptionally enthusiastic. Builders and suppliers appreciate the product's performance, ease of installation, and cost effectiveness. Compliance with new building codes in more states is also driving demand. Kimbler highlighted that the greatest gains have been in the remodeling space, where builders view the product as a way to add value and deliver energy cost savings for homeowners.
CEO Joseph A. Riccelli Jr. stated that the company anticipates filing its official fiscal Q2 report on time for the June 15 requirement. He noted that sales continue to come in strongly in the fiscal third quarter, with larger orders shipping on an accelerating schedule. In anticipation of demand surges from increased market awareness and the upcoming certification, the company has been increasing production rates and building inventory.
