IVU Traffic Technologies AG Accelerates Reporting, Enhances Investor Transparency Amid Profit Surge

IVU Traffic Technologies AG, a leading provider of software and IT solutions for bus and rail companies, is intensifying its investor relations efforts to enhance transparency and dialogue with the capital market. The company announced on July 28, 2026, that it will accelerate its reporting dates by two weeks starting in the third quarter of 2026 and introduce interim analyst conference calls as standard practice. These changes come on the heels of a significant improvement in first-half 2026 results, which prompted an upward revision of the full-year outlook.

Based on preliminary figures, IVU's operating profit (EBIT) for the first half of 2026 rose to EUR 3.3 million, up from EUR 1.0 million in the same period last year. The company attributed this growth to an increase in recurring revenue and the initial success of efficiency-boosting measures. As a result, the Executive Board now expects full-year 2026 EBIT of approximately EUR 22 million, up from the previous forecast of EUR 20 million and compared to EUR 18.6 million in 2025. The outlook for consolidated revenue of over EUR 160 million and gross profit of approximately EUR 130 million remains unchanged.

The faster close processes will allow IVU to publish its results for the first nine months of 2026 on November 5, 2026, about two weeks earlier than previously scheduled. All reports will continue to be available on the company's investor relations website at https://www.ivu.com/en/investors/financial-reports.

Starting in Q3 2026, IVU will introduce interim analyst conference calls as a standard practice, giving investors and analysts the opportunity to discuss earnings performance with the Executive Board in English. Additional in-person and digital communication formats are planned, with further details to be announced in due course.

“We have demonstrated in recent years that our business model is viable and scalable. The preliminary figures for the first half of 2026 and the resulting upward revision of our full-year outlook strongly underscore this. Now is the time to make this strength even more visible on the capital markets - with greater transparency, more dialogue, and greater consistency in our communications,” said Petra Meiser, CFO of IVU Traffic Technologies AG.

The company plans to publish its final half-year report on August 27, 2026. For more information, visit the original release on www.newmediawire.com.
