Jack Lamb has officially become the new owner of Bloomfield Cooling, Heating & Electric, Inc., marking a significant leadership transition for the 35-year-old North Jersey HVAC and electrical services company. Lamb, who has been with the organization since its early years, succeeds founder Michael DeJoseph and brings a deep understanding of the business and industry.
Having started as a full-time electrician, Lamb gradually expanded his expertise to include HVAC service and system installations. He was promoted to general manager in 2014 and was strategically selected to succeed DeJoseph in 2023, ensuring a smooth organizational transition.
Under Lamb's leadership, the company is focusing on technological advancements and enhanced customer experience. He is implementing new software features that will provide customers with improved service tracking, convenient payment options, and a comprehensive online customer portal.
Lamb's approach emphasizes cost-effective solutions and transparency, distinguishing the company in a competitive market. His commitment to problem-solving and customer service aligns with the company's long-standing reputation, which includes multiple Carrier President's Awards and consistent recognition in local business awards.
The ownership transition represents more than a leadership change; it symbolizes a continuation of the company's core values of innovation, customer-first philosophy, and technical expertise in the HVAC and electrical services sector.
