Life Masters Launches Leadership Alignment Accelerator to Fix Fractured Executive Teams in South Africa

Johannesburg-based high performance team development company Life Masters has launched the Revolutionary Workplace® Leadership Alignment Accelerator, a programme and diagnostic process aimed at repairing and aligning fractured executive, exco, management and board teams. The programme is offered in Gauteng, South Africa, with bookings opening in January 2027, although keynote talks and board or exco interview meetings are available immediately.

The launch addresses what Life Masters describes as a common yet often unmeasured issue in South African organisations: misaligned leadership that creates strain throughout the company. When leadership teams are not aligned, decision-making slows, strategies falter in execution, and board-level tension affects company culture and performance. “When an executive team is pulling in different directions, everything below it feels the strain,” said Tony Dovale, CEO of Life Masters. “We built the Leadership Alignment Accelerator so management, executive and board teams can see clearly where they are out of step and work through it together. Starting with talks and board interview meetings lets us meet each team where it actually is.”

The Accelerator integrates leadership team diagnostics with guided sessions. The diagnostics reveal fractures within the team and highlight misalignments among members concerning priorities, decision rights, trust and communication. Facilitated sessions then work through those gaps with the whole team together, rather than with leaders individually. The result is a shared, tested understanding of what the team is there to achieve and how it will make decisions, resolve conflict and hold each other to account. The programme is designed for management teams, executive teams and boards, particularly where decisions are slow or repeatedly reopened, strategy execution has stalled, there is tension or distrust at board or exco level, leaders are pulling in different directions or working to competing priorities, or a new CEO, merger or restructure has left the leadership team unaligned.

Each engagement is tailored to the specific outcomes desired by the client. Some run as a two-day leadership retreat, while others run as multi-month alignment and optimisation projects. The format depends on the organisation’s structure, locations, number of participants and the depth of process needed to resolve the fracture. The Accelerator is part of the Revolutionary Workplace® HPO Lab System and High Performance Teams experience. It extends Life Masters’ work on psychological safety, trust, collaboration and communication to the top of the organisation. Teams can move from the Accelerator into deeper work, including the High Performance Team Sprint, Execution Accelerator, Culture Reset or Executive Strategy Facilitation.

Entry-level interventions with Life Masters start from R35,000, with investment depending on the format, participants and depth of process. The first step is a focused interview meeting to understand the team’s challenges and recommend the right format. Teams can book a talk or interview meeting through revwork.lifemasters.co or by phone. The programme is formally known as the Revolutionary Workplace Leadership Alignment Accelerator and diagnostics.

The launch matters because leadership misalignment is often invisible until it damages execution and culture. By measuring where teams are out of step and facilitating joint resolution, Life Masters aims to give South African boards and executive teams a structured way to restore trust and decision-making clarity. With bookings opening in January 2027, organisations in Gauteng can begin preparing now through immediate talks and interview meetings.
