LifeQuest World Corp. (OTCID: LQWC) on Monday filed its first quarterly report as a combined company, reporting revenue of $885,400 and net income of $24,249 for the fiscal first quarter ended August 31, 2026. The results, announced via NEWMEDIAWIRE, follow the company’s June 12, 2026 acquisition of Compaction and Recycling Equipment, Inc. (CARE) and Columbia Financial Services, Inc. (CFSI), which are now consolidated alongside BioPipe Global Corp.
The filing marks a fundamental change in scale for LifeQuest, which previously operated as a development-stage wastewater technology company. A year earlier, the company reported no revenue and a net loss of $56,300. This quarter’s gross profit of $568,935 represented a 64.3% gross margin, while operating income reached $25,816.
The balance sheet strengthened considerably. Total assets were $2,125,492, cash and cash equivalents rose to $548,200 from $110,846 a year earlier, and stockholders’ equity turned positive at $519,104, compared with a deficit of $158,854 at fiscal year-end May 31, 2026. Working capital was $397,302 with a current ratio of 1.25x. Deferred revenue stood at $935,226, reflecting amounts billed or received in advance that the company expects to recognize as performance obligations are satisfied. Interest-bearing debt totaled $100,000 in principal, with no long-term debt.
“This filing is the first look at LifeQuest as the company we set out to build,” said Max Khan, President and Chief Executive Officer. “In a single quarter we moved from a development-stage wastewater technology company to a profitable environmental services platform with nearly $900,000 in quarterly revenue, more than $2.1 million in assets and positive stockholders’ equity.” Khan noted that CARE and CFSI provide a recurring revenue foundation in the Pacific Northwest, while BioPipe continues to win international orders, including two recent containerized sewage treatment plants for labor camps in the United Arab Emirates.
The acquisition was completed with no cash paid at closing, using Series B Preferred Stock and an $85,000 promissory note. LifeQuest also relocated its headquarters from Ridgefield Park, New Jersey, to Clackamas, Oregon. CARE and CFSI reported combined unaudited revenue of approximately $3.48 million for the year ended December 31, 2025, according to the release.
Why this matters: The results give investors the first consolidated view of a company that has transformed from a single-product wastewater firm into a diversified environmental services platform. LifeQuest is pursuing a PCAOB-standard audit, SEC registration and application for quotation on the OTCQB Venture Market. “Our priority now is completing a PCAOB audit and SEC registration so that investors can value LifeQuest on a fully reported basis,” Khan said. The financial statements are unaudited and were not subject to an audit, review or compilation, and the company cautioned that results may change upon completion of its audit and business combination accounting.
LifeQuest serves commercial, institutional, hospitality and government customers through three businesses.
