Davis arrives with a background that spans both sides of civil litigation. He began his legal career as a defense attorney representing insurance companies and their insureds in cases involving catastrophic multi-car accidents, wrongful death, product liability, and negligent security. That experience, according to the firm, provides him with inside knowledge of how insurers evaluate, defend, and approach claims—perspective he now applies to advocating for injured individuals and families.

Davis also brings significant courtroom experience. A graduate of the University of Florida, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics at the Warrington College of Business with minors in History and Leadership. He later received his law degree from Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad College of Law, where he served on the executive board of Moot Court and was selected for the Order of Barristers in recognition of his work in trial advocacy, oral advocacy, and brief writing.
He has been a member of The Florida Bar since 2012 and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. His professional involvement includes leadership roles with the Stephen R. Booher Inn of Court and the Craig S. Barnard American Inn of Court, as well as membership in the Florida Justice Association, Palm Beach County Justice Association, Palm Beach County Bar Association, and Broward County Bar Association.
