Applications for the second cohort of 2025 are open from May 9 to June 6, targeting spouses of active military members, veterans, and Gold Star families.

The intermediate-level program will cover critical leadership topics including meta-leadership, crisis management, conflict resolution, communication, and mental health. Participants will receive two prestigious certifications: a leadership certificate from Harvard University's National Preparedness Leadership Initiative and a Mental Health Ally certificate from Psych Hub.

Beyond skill development, the program offers significant long-term benefits for participants. Graduates will be inducted into the Military Spouse Alumni Network, providing ongoing networking and learning opportunities.
