Nevada Organic Phosphate Eyes Expanded Drilling After Positive Results at Murdock Mountain

Nevada Organic Phosphate Inc. (CSE: NOP) (OTCQB: NOPFF) is moving forward with plans for an expanded drilling campaign in 2026 after an initial six-hole program at its Murdock Mountain phosphate project in northeast Nevada confirmed consistent phosphate mineralization. The company reported an average grade of 10.93% P2O5, including a higher-grade interval of approximately 17.5% P2O5 over 4 meters.

The company is pursuing a differentiated strategy focused on direct-application organic phosphate fertilizer, which can be mined, ground, and applied to fields without chemical processing. This approach potentially reduces capital costs and avoids many environmental issues associated with conventional phosphate production. Management believes the phosphate-bearing strike system could extend more than 26 kilometers across additional federal lease application areas and has outlined a large exploration target while continuing to advance permitting with the U.S. Bureau of Land Management.

NOP is a junior exploration company with an organic sedimentary raw rock phosphate bed, 6.6 kilometers long, in northeast Nevada. Additional applications extend the potential strike of rock phosphate to over 30 kilometers. This is believed to be the only known large-scale organic sedimentary phosphate project in North America. It is situated close to the main highway to Montello/Elko, Nevada, and near the rail head to California.

With phosphate recently added to the U.S. critical minerals list, the company plans to position itself as a domestic supplier for organic and regenerative agriculture markets. The full article detailing the company's progress can be accessed at https://ibn.fm/oGLUa.
