New Book 'Survival' Offers Free Ebook Ahead of Midterms, Alleges Russian Interference

A new book titled Survival: Democracy's Struggle To Survive is set to be released as a free ebook on Amazon on November 1st and 2nd, just days before the U.S. midterm elections on Tuesday, November 3rd. The book, written by a team of leading experts and bestselling authors, examines Russia's threats and influence on U.S. elections and argues that former President Donald Trump has been compromised by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

The author list includes Craig Unger, Charlie Sykes, Elizabeth Graham, David Andelman, Steve Beschloss, Dr. Bandy Lee, Dr. Sanford Mayer, George Polisner, and Mersault. According to the announcement, the book presents a solid case for Trump's betrayal, citing evidence of his relationship with Putin and warning that Western democratic civilization may be drifting toward another world war. The free ebook will be available at https://www.amazon.com/stores/Elizabeth-Graham/author/B0CMY189NT, along with E. Graham's book From Democracy to Democrazy.

The release comes amid escalating concerns about Russian hybrid warfare and disinformation campaigns against Western democracies. On September 18th, French President Emmanuel Macron convened political leaders at the Elysee Palace for a rare, classified briefing on Russia's escalating hybrid campaign against Europe. He warned that the Kremlin's tactics had expanded beyond disinformation and cyber espionage to sabotaging drone operations and potentially deadly attacks on critical infrastructure.

On October 27th, Julie Roginsky wrote on Substack about a Russian military satellite that quietly began hunting an American spacecraft earlier that month, describing it as a controlled rendezvous between two active satellites without one operator's consent—apparently the first known encounter of its kind in low Earth orbit. The article, titled "WWIII's New Front: Putin's War Could Go Nuclear – in Space," warned that Russia is stalking Western satellites and threatening to deploy a nuclear weapon that could blind them all.

The book also highlights domestic political concerns. It notes that The Washington Post Fact Checker cataloged 30,573 false or misleading claims during Donald Trump's first term, starting at an average of 6 per day and rising to 39 per day in his final year. It states that his second term is worse and that he has been convicted of several crimes: fraud, 34 felony counts, and sexual assault, which legally labeled him as a sexual predator. The book also mentions that Trump has been mentioned 1,500 times in the Epstein Files and that there is a Major Active Congressional Report in progress on Trump's alleged ties to Epstein's crimes.

Additionally, the book raises questions about Russian financing of American energy projects. It cites a Substack report by Michael Sellers about Joel Riddle, a former ExxonMobil engineer who resigned as CEO of Polar Train LNG in September after discovering who was financing and managing the supposedly American venture. The answer, according to the book, is Russia.

The authors argue that Trump was cultivated by Putin for decades and that every foreign intervention by the Trump administration has involved Russia or a Russian ally—Venezuela, Iran, North Korea, China, Syria, Libya—costing U.S. taxpayers billions while benefiting Russia. As of October 24, 2026, vast oil reserves funds from Venezuela have just disappeared.

Craig Unger, author of American Kompromat, details how Russians allegedly compromised Trump through promises of business and beautiful Russian women. Unger has proved through factual research and vital interviews that Trump is a Russian asset, according to the announcement. Unger is a co-author of Survival.

The book is being positioned as an indispensable road map to the challenges and dangers facing democracy today. Its free release just before the midterms is intended to urge voters to read the book and cast their votes thoughtfully, mindful of the changing global political climate.
