Nightfood Holdings Inc. (OTCQB: NGTF) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Future Hospitality Ventures Holdings, Inc., doing business as RoboOp365, will demonstrate its Robby One automated cooking system at an upcoming foodservice industry event. The demonstration is scheduled for Aug. 27, 2026, in Irwindale, California, during a class titled “From Manual to Modern: Enhancing Traditional Culinary Processes Through Advanced Kitchen Technologies.” The session is intended for foodservice equipment dealers, manufacturer representatives, consultants, and operators, and will focus on cookline technology and automation.
RoboOp365 will present Robby One through an on-site showcase dish and address practical considerations for integrating the system into existing kitchens, including daily operation, cleaning, and economics under its Robot-as-a-Service (RaaS) model. The event will take place at the Foodservice Technology Center at Southern California Edison Energy Education Center, with RoboOp365 participating as an invited presenter.
The demonstration comes at a time when foodservice operators are under pressure to maintain quality and service with fewer employees across the cookline, dining room, and other areas. RoboOp365 positions itself as a foodservice automation platform designed to address this gap, combining new product development with a RaaS model. The Robby One automated intelligent cooking robot targets the cookline, and the company’s development roadmap extends to on-demand food production, front-of-house and support automation, including planned delivery, cleaning, and tabletop labor-assistant systems.
According to the company, RoboOp365 aims to reduce operators’ dependence on scarce labor, hold quality to consistent standards, and steady output during peak periods—all without requiring a large upfront capital purchase. The systems are designed to integrate into existing operations rather than require operational overhauls.
