Nutrient Unveils Q2 2025 SDK Update to Revolutionize Document Workflows with AI

Nutrient, a leader in document AI technology, has announced its Q2 2025 SDK update, marking a significant advancement in the development of intelligent document processing applications. This update introduces a comprehensive suite of AI-native features aimed at streamlining document-centric workflows for developers across various platforms.

The Q2 SDK release includes AI-powered redaction, which leverages large language models (LLMs) alongside traditional methods to ensure data privacy and compliance by accurately identifying and removing sensitive information. Another notable feature is AI text comparison, designed to simplify the review process by highlighting meaningful changes between document versions, thereby reducing noise and improving efficiency.

Expanding its AI Assistant capabilities, Nutrient now supports MAUI, Flutter, React Native, and .NET for Android, enabling natural language interactions with documents across mobile and desktop platforms. This enhancement includes multi-document context and summarization features, particularly beneficial for iOS users.

Furthermore, the introduction of the DWS MCP Server offers developers the tools to create and manage agentic workflows through natural language prompts. This open-source solution facilitates the integration of LLM-powered agents for tasks such as redacting personally identifiable information (PII), merging PDFs, and converting documents, among others.

Additional improvements in this release include a fully rebuilt Java SDK, accessibility upgrades to the Web Viewer SDK for compliance with WCAG 2.2 standards, and numerous developer-focused enhancements across OCR, PDF conversion, and viewer performance.
