NY Times Bestselling Author Randy Gage Challenges Victim Mentality in New Book 'Wealth Without Apology'

New York Times bestselling author Randy Gage takes no prisoners in his new book, 'Wealth Without Apology: A Prosperity Manifesto,' challenging readers to abandon victimhood and embrace personal responsibility. The book, published by Prosperity Factory, Inc., released on April 28, 2026, offers a blueprint for breaking free from scarcity thinking.

Gage, who was jailed at age 15 for armed robbery, shares his personal journey from anger at society to prosperity. 'I was furious at society, one that I saw as not offering equality for all,' Gage says. 'That mindset led me to pull a gun on a cashier and walk out with $800. The inevitable jail time blessed me innumerably. It led to a complete transformation of my mindset.'

The book tackles what Gage calls 'victim mindset' head-on. With chapter titles like 'The Only Free Cheese Is in the Mousetrap' and 'Poverty Sucks. (Stop Making It a Lifestyle Choice),' he challenges cultural programming and teaches readers how to think rather than what to think. 'Yes, inequality is real,' Gage acknowledges. 'But anyone from any background or discriminated-against group can defy the odds and succeed — and many do — simply by shifting their mindset.'

Gage, founder and CEO of Prosperity Factory, Inc., has produced more than $23 billion worth of revenue for himself, his clients, and protégés. He argues that powerful forces cannot prevent individuals from achieving prosperity if they are determined. 'Powerful, seemingly omnipotent forces like the government, monetary system, and a controlling society cannot prevent you from becoming healthy, happy, and prosperous if you are so determined,' he writes.

The book presents a fork in the road: victimhood or victory. 'Victimhood offers many perceived benefits,' Gage warns. 'You must reject them entirely to become a victor. The benefits of being a victor are simple but profound: You will live a healthy, happy, and prosperous life.'

'Wealth Without Apology' is available at major retailers including Amazon.com, BN.com, Bookshop.org, and BooksAMillion.com. Gage, a Speaker Hall of Fame inductee who has spoken in more than 50 countries, aims to help readers replace victimhood thinking with prosperity consciousness.
