Onco-Innovations Ltd. The company’s lead candidate, ONC010, combines a PNKP inhibitor, a target in the DNA Damage Response (DDR) pathway distinct from PARP, with a nanoparticle delivery system. DDR inhibitors have become a fast-moving category in oncology, as they exploit cancer cells’ reliance on DNA repair mechanisms to survive damage from treatments like radiation and chemotherapy. To enhance patient stratification and trial design, Onco-Innovations leverages its Inka Health subsidiary and the SynoGraph causal AI platform. These AI-enabled tools are intended to support evidence generation and identify the right patients for clinical trials, addressing a key reason why many oncology trials fail.
