The Oregon Dental Association (ODA) has broadened its technology partnership with iCoreConnect, endorsing six comprehensive cloud-based software solutions to help dental practices enhance operational workflows, security, and revenue management.
Building on their initial 2020 collaboration focused on electronic prescribing, the ODA now endorses additional iCoreConnect tools including insurance verification, claims processing, digital patient billing, patient education resources, and encrypted communication platforms.
The expanded endorsement represents a strategic move to provide Oregon dentists with integrated technological solutions that can streamline administrative tasks and improve practice efficiency. These cloud-based tools are specifically designed to address key operational challenges faced by dental practices, such as insurance verification, claims management, and patient communication.
iCoreConnect CEO Robert McDermott highlighted the significance of the partnership, emphasizing that the solutions are crafted to optimize revenue cycle management and enhance overall practice performance. Dr. Caroline Zeller, ODA President, noted that these tools offer members unprecedented opportunities to improve business operations and drive profitability.
With over 200 product endorsement agreements nationwide, iCoreConnect continues to position itself as a leader in developing technology solutions tailored specifically for healthcare professionals, particularly in the dental sector.
