Yacoub was selected for his accomplishments as a business immigration attorney, legal scholar and advocate for individuals and businesses navigating the United States immigration system. Based in Orlando, he represents clients nationwide in employment-based immigration matters, with a particular focus on EB-2 National Interest Waiver and EB-1 Extraordinary Ability petitions. His work helps professionals, entrepreneurs, physicians, scientists, engineers, researchers and investors secure the legal status needed to build careers and contribute to the U.S. economy.
What sets Yacoub apart is his personal connection to the immigration process. Having obtained permanent residency through the National Interest Waiver process himself, he understands the high stakes involved in each case. "Immigration cases are rarely just paperwork. They decide where someone builds a career, raises a family and contributes their work," Yacoub said. He earned a Master of Laws in International Law from New York University School of Law, where he received a full-tuition scholarship and served as a graduate editor of the NYU Journal of International Law and Politics.
