The Tinnitus & Hearing Center of Arizona, led by Dr. Rohe, has announced the availability of the Oticon Reveal™, a miniRITE hearing aid that the company describes as the most significant advancement in hearing care technology to date. Launched globally in August 2026, the Reveal is the world's first hearing aid powered by Dual AI, which aims to deliver crystal-clear speech and meaningful contextual sounds in optimal balance for a more natural hearing experience.
The core of the Oticon Reveal is its Dual AI sound processing system, which utilizes two dedicated AI processors running simultaneously in real time. The Speech AI continuously identifies and enhances speech from people around the user, while the Context AI recognizes and balances surrounding environmental sounds. This dual-processing approach reportedly results in a 60% stronger brain response than the previous Oticon Intent platform, according to the company, leading to clearer and more natural hearing without compromising battery life, comfort, or discretion.
The new Reveal AI platform includes several breakthrough technologies. The Reveal Optimizer provides up to 91% predicted speech access, which is 10% higher than closest competitors, with 30% faster feedback prevention and four times the fitting precision of previous Oticon technology. The Wind & Handling Stabilizer 2.0 delivers up to 40 dB attenuation of wind and handling noise, an improvement of up to 10 dB over first-generation technology. Additionally, 4D Sensor Technology continuously monitors head movements and environmental changes to optimize sound processing in real time, and the Voice Clarifier enhances speech in challenging listening situations.
Battery life and connectivity have also been enhanced. The Oticon Reveal features improved rechargeable lithium-ion batteries with full-day battery life and overnight charging, offering approximately 22 hours of runtime on a 2-hour charge. The device introduces a new connectivity platform with enhanced signal strength, providing more stable streaming and longer range for hands-free calls and audio. It supports Bluetooth® LE Audio for seamless smartphone integration, Auracast™ broadcast technology for public venue audio, and Google Fast Pair Technology. It is Made for iPhone and optimized for Android hearing aids.
The Oticon Reveal is available in four technology levels (Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze) across the miniRITE rechargeable form factor, making advanced hearing care accessible to a wider range of patients. It is available in the U.S. market starting August 24, 2026.
