The Pangyo Techno Valley Global Accelerating Program has commenced its 2025 initiative, selecting twelve startups to receive comprehensive support for international market entry. The program, hosted at the Gyeonggi Startup Campus, aims to strengthen Korean startups' global competitiveness through targeted consulting, networking, and investment linkage.
Twelve companies across diverse technological domains have been chosen, including three returning participants and nine new entrants. Standout participants include APLA, specializing in AI-driven 3D motion generation; Cure-in, developer of an automated breast biopsy robot system; and PITEN, which focuses on immune regulation skincare using natural materials.
Jun-Woo Lee, Head of the Gyeonggi Business & Science Accelerator, emphasized the program's rigorous selection process and the robust support ecosystem in Pangyo, particularly in AI and biotechnology sectors. The initiative reflects a strategic approach to nurturing innovative companies with potential for international expansion.
Hojae Lee, CEO of program administrator Y&ARCHER, highlighted growing international interest in Korean startups, particularly in the United States and Europe. The program seeks to leverage this momentum by providing tailored support to help participating companies achieve meaningful global market penetration.
Pangyo Techno Valley, which serves as a critical innovation hub, has established itself as a significant technological ecosystem. As of 2023, the valley hosts 1,666 companies employing 78,751 people, with sales reaching 167.7 trillion KRW (125.5 billion USD).
The selected startups – including Cure-in, SOFT LANDERS, HOP, DEEPVELO, APLA, and others – will participate in an intensive year-long program designed to accelerate their international business strategies and market positioning.
